Is InspectExam the official exam?
No. InspectExam is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by EBPHI, any testing vendor or any state board, and our questions are original practice items, not real exam questions.
Does InspectExam guarantee that I will pass?
No. Nobody can promise a result. Your outcome depends on your own study, background and other factors outside our control. Readiness scores are rough practice estimates, not official scores.
What can I try for free?
The study guide, glossary, sample question pages and a 10-question quiz in the app are free. No signup or card is needed.
How much does it cost?
Launch pricing through Dec 31, 2026: Starter is $35 (regular $49) for 3 months, Pro is $69 (regular $99) for 6 months, and Pro + Retake Refund Option is $99 (regular $149) for 12 months. Prices may change after that. Each is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of purchase if you have answered 100 or fewer questions and have not started a mock exam. The Pro + Retake Refund Option plan also has a conditional Retake Refund Option with strict conditions. Refunds are capped at the price you actually paid. The Refund Policy has the full rules.
Where is my progress saved?
Only in your browser on the device you use. Clearing browser data or resetting progress erases it, and we cannot restore it.
Does this replace pre-licensing education?
No. Many states require approved education, field training or other steps. InspectExam is a practice tool only. Check your state licensing board for its requirements.
How do I contact support?
Email support@inspectexam.com. You get an automatic acknowledgment, and we aim to reply within 24 hours. Support is best-effort, not guaranteed.
Is there a referral program?
Yes, an optional program where a friend can get a discount and you may get a reward, subject to the Referral Terms, caps and our discretion. The program can change or end at any time.
