Referral Program Terms

This Referral Program ("Program") is offered by InspectExam at its sole discretion and is part of our Terms of Service. It creates no obligation for us to pay any reward. We may change, suspend or end the Program at any time, without notice, including for rewards not yet issued.

1. Who can refer

Only people who have bought a paid plan may refer. Your code is valid only after we have registered it at our payment provider (Stripe). Until we confirm it, it will not give a discount.

2. Friend discount

A new customer ("friend") who enters a valid, registered code at Stripe checkout may receive $10 off one purchase. While launch pricing is active (through the end date shown on the pricing page, currently Dec 31, 2026), the referral discount applies only to the Pro and Pro + Retake Refund Option plans, not to Starter. One code per purchase; it cannot be combined with other offers unless Stripe checkout shows otherwise. If the code is invalid, no discount is applied.

3. Referrer reward

If the friend's purchase is completed and not refunded, disputed or charged back after the 7-day refund window, the referrer may receive $10, normally as a partial refund to the card used for their own most recent InspectExam purchase. Rewards are capped at 5 per referrer and never exceed the amount the referrer paid. Timing is approximate and not guaranteed.

4. Not eligible

• Self-referrals, including the same person, email, payment card or household account used by the referrer.
• Purchases that are refunded, disputed or charged back.
• Codes posted on coupon sites, spam, or used in a misleading way.
• Any use we reasonably believe is fraud or abuse. We may cancel codes or rewards in these cases.

5. Decisions

We decide eligibility at our discretion and our decision is final to the extent permitted by law. Rewards have no cash value other than as described, are not transferable, and you are responsible for any taxes on them.

6. Privacy

We use only the purchase emails and payment records already held by Stripe to check eligibility, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share them.
