This policy explains how InspectExam ("we") handles information when you use InspectExam.

1. Information stored on your device

Your study progress (answers, scores, mock exams, flashcards, streak and theme preference) is stored in your browser's localStorage on your device. It is not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data or using "Reset progress" erases it. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects your name, email, card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive only your email, the plan purchased, amount, and date, which we use to provide access, receipts and refund requests.

3. Information you send us

If you email us or submit a refund request (including a score report), we use it only to respond and process that request, and keep it as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

4. Analytics and hosting

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. [If analytics or ad conversion tracking is added, name the provider here before launch.]

5. We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Audience

The Service is intended for adults 18+ in the United States. It is not directed to children under 13 and contains no content aimed at children. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold. Email support@inspectexam.com; we aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner if required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
