• Chimney liners: chimney professional. Pests: licensed pest control. Septic, wells, pools: specialists.
• Mold, asbestos, lead and radon need testing by qualified professionals.
• Recommend evaluation before closing so the client can act.
• Name the trade and the reason rather than a generic 'qualified professional'.
• Don't refer to companies for personal gain.
